Different roles provide users with varied access levels in your account. The current available roles are: Owner, Admin, Read/Write, Editor, Docent, and Read-Only.
Owner
Can do all available operations. Owner specific permissions include:
- Manage account-level settings, including establishing default settings and the account profile.
- Add, edit, and remove users from the account.
- Original account subscribers can update the billing information and subscription within the app.
Admin
- Manage web publishing settings.
- Bulk add/edit/delete Entries.
- Add/edit/delete/replace Profiles.
- Publish and unpublish Entries and Folders.
- Create Folder Groups and Folders.
- Export account data.
Read-Write
- Add/edit/delete single Entries.
- Add/edit/delete/replace Profiles.
- For bulk operations, can add new data only, cannot replace or delete existing data.
- Create Folders.
- Export account data.
Editor
- Add/edit Entries and Profiles. Cannot delete Entries or delete or replace Profiles.
Docent
- View all records.
- Download images and other attached files. Cannot export data from the account.
Read-Only
- View all records.
