Updating Subscription or Billing Information

The user that created the subscription can update the billing information by logging in, click the Main Menu, Subscription, then click, “Update Billing Information”.
If the person who created the subscription is no longer with your organization, please contact us at support@catalogit.app and we'll work with you to update your subscription.

What happens to my data after canceling my subscription?
At the end of your subscription period, your account will revert to read-only status. After it reverts to read-only status, you will only be able to view your data; you will not be able to export or edit the data. You can resume working in your account at any time by re-subscribing.
We recommend that you export your data before your subscription lapses. For information on exporting your data, please refer to our article, Exporting Data, Images and Files.
