A confirmation window will appear asking for cancellation feedback.
We'd greatly appreciate any feedback before you go!
You can then choose:

When canceled, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and can be resumed at any time before it expires.

What Happens to My Data After Canceling?
At the end of your subscription period, your account will revert to read-only status.
After the account becomes read-only, you will still be able to view your data, but you will not be able to:
- Edit records
- Add new records
- Export your data
You can resume full access at any time by re-subscribing.
We recommend exporting your data before your subscription lapses. For more information, see Exporting Data, Images and Files.
Resuming a Canceling Subscription
If your subscription has been scheduled for cancellation, you can resume it any time before the current billing period ends.
A banner will appear at the top of the Billing page indicating:
"Your subscription is canceled and will not renew. All features remain active until [date]."
To continue your subscription, click RESUME SUBSCRIPTION.
We'd love to have you back!
