There is no limit to the number or size of images and files you can add to an Entry or Profile. Keep in mind that uploading numerous, higher quality images, like TIFFs, can quickly use up the allotted storage of your accountuploading JPEG versions can save significantly on storage space, and are often much easier to share and publish.

What types of files and images can I upload to CatalogIt?

You can currently upload virtually any type of file to an Entry or Profile including, but not limited to:

  • JPEG
  • PNG
  • TIFF
  • GIF
  • RAW

  • DWG
  • Excel (.xlsx)
  • Word (.docx)
  • PowerPoint (.pptx)

Can I bulk upload or import my images?

There is not yet a system for users to bulk upload or import images, but we plan to implement one in the future. If you send us your images, we'd be happy to upload them for you. Just make sure that the image file names correspond to an Entry by using the exact Entry name or the Entry ID.
